Dear occupational therapist,

This survey will ask questions related to the use of evidence-based practice (EBP) in your current practice and which factors are influencing the way you currently work.

We are interested in common practices of occupational therapists working with people with multiple sclerosis, and value all input. There are no right or wrong answers; we are interested in your opinions and your own use of evidence in your practice.

When we refer to Evidence-Based Practice (EBP), we mean using scientific evidence in combination with preferences and values of clients and knowledge and preferences of therapists.

This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. You can complete the survey in one session or save your answers and return later with a provided code.

The survey is anonymous, so please do not mention any specific information that would allow to recognize you.

In the letter attached, you can find information on the study.

The goal of this study is to facilitate implementation by assessing barriers and facilitators of evidence-based occupational therapy specific to clinicians working with people with MS through literature review and survey.

To proceed, you are asked to provide consent for participation (in the next question), based on the following statements:

I know that I will participate in an online survey on barriers and facilitators of implementing evidence in clinical practice.
I know that my participation will take about 20 minutes to complete. There are no risks related to participating in this research.

Based on this research implementation strategies will be developed to use evidence in clinical practice. The results of this project will support occupational therapists in making evidence-based decisions in daily practice to support people with MS and their carers.

I understand that my participation to this study is voluntary. I have the right to stop participating at any time. I do not have to give a reason for this and I know that it will not have any negative repercussions for me.
